Order requests submitted through this Site are typically reviewed and processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been reviewed and accepted.
We ship via major U.S. carriers. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders totaling $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
At this time, MPGA Supply ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Orders are packaged with care to ensure products arrive in good condition. Upon arrival, store products according to the handling instructions on the product page. MPGA Supply is not responsible for product issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at orders@mpgasupply.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution.
Due to the nature of our products, MPGA Supply generally does not accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored items. Unopened items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion. To initiate a return, contact orders@mpgasupply.com with your order number.
Because all orders submitted through this Site are order requests subject to review, you may request cancellation by contacting us before your order has been marked as shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the returns policy above.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist with a claim through the relevant shipping carrier. MPGA Supply is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
